- Current Employment

Keep a sharp lookout for home work opportunity from your existing employers.  Check the nature of your existing work and see whether it can be done at home.  For example, if your are software programmer, the chances of converting your job to be done at home is much greater.  If your company have remote login, you can ftp the programs to your company server once it is completed.  Alternatively, it can also be email to your employer once your programming is done.  Most employers like to keep good employees especially if they have proven themselves to be good, reliable, efficient and effective.  Who knows, after talking to your present employer, they might allowed you to work part time at home even if you can't get a deal to go full time at home.

- Going Part Time

Never resigned from your existing jobs before you are sure that you can make a second full time income from home. Most jobs working from home can be done part time and it is not necessary for you to resigned from your full job yet till you have an ideas of your earning potential.  I believe you have come across many work from opportunities advertising before.  Usually, they like to oversell their earning potential as to attract people to take up their opportunity.  Common sense tells you that earning a high income from a work from home job cannot be achieve instantly or within a short time frame without any prior home work experience. 

When they oversell their earning potential, it does not mean that it is a scam. Like any other types of money making opportunities (stocks, options, currency trading), what you saw are the earnings of those TOP home workers.  When you take advantage of their opportunities and work as hard, then you too can make those kinds of money.

- Choose What You Like

As you search for those part time work opportunities, try to find one that you love or like, taking into considerations the skills you are good at and your hobby.  Whether is it part time tutoring, data entry, virtual assistants or accounting, as long as you love the job, you will tends to do well in it

- Internet Opportunities

The internet is one of the top growth sector today.  The fact that you are reading this article prove that you already owned a PC and internet connection.  There are plenty of part time online opportunities you can work from home in jobs such as reading emails, filling up paid survey or paid surfing.  Of course, do remember to check on these companies to ensure that they really pay as many of them could be scam in disguise.  As a rule of thumb, go for those that are free to join so that you have ample time to check on them.
