When we were young, most us have our own dream job in mind.  As you grow up, reality step in and the dream career was being brushed aside for a more lucrative one in order to feed ourselves and our loved once.  That dream job remains as a dream buried somewhere inside our brain. 

No matter how we want our dreams to be buried deep into the ground, somehow it never really goes away.  For some, that ideal dream job can never be fulfilled but for some, they managed to fulfilled it during their retirement.  There are those who are lucky enough to grow their financial wealth fast enough to resigned from their present job and pursed their ideal dream job.

Whatever your dream job is, you should not feel that it is impossible to get it.  There are ways to get around it and the utmost thing to do first is to analyze the skills requirement of your dream job.  Then draw up an action plan and move gradually towards it.

Asked yourself these questions as you embark towards your dream job:

- Is there anything you can do now to prepare yourself?

- What do you need to read up on the industry? For e.g. books, magazine

- Are there any courses you can take? For e.g. part-time or distance learning course

Next, look at ways where you can free up more of your time so that you can focus on your studies or research more options on your dream job.  Upon careful analysis, it is possible to cut down those unnecessary activities like watching TV, playing games or too much socializing.

The biggest hurdle against our dream job is often the financial barrier.  If your dream job is one that earns a good income, then it is more acceptable.  However, for those jobs that are less lucrative, then we need to cross that financial hurdle first. 

One great idea you can consider is to pursue your dream job part-time using the computer and internet.  Think of ways where you can convert it into a computer based job that allows you to work at home.  For e.g. a dog lovers who wants a job that allowed him/her to take care of dogs might start a website about dogs using their computer.  With a digital camera, you could easily take different pictures of dogs and post it online.  You can also write articles about dogs and post it on your website.  At your dog website, you can sell products or ads related to dogs and earn an online income on this new computer based job part time.

Today, we are in an internet age and it is a new source of wealth waiting for people to dig into. 

Computer based job whether full-time or part-time allow many dreams job to turn into reality as all they need are some creativity, a computer and an internet connection.
