across Sales Order screens:
Step 1: Access the Sales Order Screen
Open any of the following Sales Order transaction codes:

VA01 – Create Sales Order

VA02 – Change Sales Order

VA03 – Display Sales Order
Note: The settings will apply across all three screens.
Step 2: Reorder the Columns

Click and hold the column header you want to move.

Drag and drop the column to the desired position.
Step 3: Save the Layout via Table Settings

Locate and click on the “Table Settings” icon (usually
found on the right-hand side of the Sales Order Item table).

In the Variant Name field, input a meaningful name for your
layout.
Step 4: Set as Standard Layout

Check the box labeled “Use as Standard Setting.”

Click the “Create” button to save.
Step 5: Activate for All Users

Click the “Administrator” option.
