Answers:

  1) 748 000 - 29 800 = 718200
Remaining amount paid Equal MONTHLY for 30 years
      30 x 12 = 360
      718 200 / 360 = $1995
Each monthly instalment will be $1995

  2) 1st week       T W T F S S = 4   2
      2nd week  M T W T F S S = 5   2
      3rd week  M T W T F S S = 5    2
      4th week  M T W T F S S = 5    2
      5th week M                       = 1
Total Monday to Friday = 20
Total Saturday to Sunday = 8
      25 x 20 = 500
      30 x 8 = 240
      500 + 240 = $740
      She would be paid $740

  3) At first:
      7/11 Beads = red
      Green = 1 - 7/11 = 4/11

     Later:
     Red bean 105 given away = 7/11 - 105 = 1/2 of green
     1/2 of green = 4/11 /2 = 2/11
     Therefore:
     7/11 - 105 = 2/11

      And:
      7/11 - 2/11 = 105
      5/11 = 105
      1/11 = 105/5 = 21
      Green beads = 4/11 = 4x21 = 84

  4) Bag A = 189 marbles
      Bag B = 279 marbles
      279 + 189 = 468
Transferred Bag B to Bag A until Each Bag had Same Marbles
      468 / 2 = 234
      279 - 234 = 45 marbles
He transfer 45 marbles from Bag B to Bag A

  5)  Kelynn 5 times older = 9 x 5 = 45
       Difference between Kelynn and Janet = 45 - 9 = 36
       36 = 1 unit
       36 - 9 = 27 years time
