Be prepared to learn how you can conquer your fear of failing.

We must understand that to become successful in whatever we do; we need to experience or even encounter failure. We have to learn from each failure so as not to make the same mistake again. We must be proud of each hurdle we have overcome. The real shame comes only when we did not learn from that mistake and make the same mistake from the subsequent attempt. The worst thing that can happen to a person is actually when a person failed and did not learn from it at all. Just as what Jane Pickford stated, "If you have made mistakes, even severe ones, there's always another chance for you. What we need to understand from failing is not the falling down but the staying and remaining down." She was really concern of getting up or bouncing back from each failure and learn from it instead of staying or remaining down. Do you observe and see the variations in that type of mindset? Simply step out and dare to fail.
