After finished writing the contents for your information product, the next best thing to do is to put it for sales on the internet.  Before going online with your info product, you have to decide how you want your contents to be sold to the buyer who are interested to purchase your info product.

Once the adobe file reach the buyer, you can't change the security for those files.  Assuming later on, you have a dispute with the buyer and does not wish to let them access your file contents, then there is nothing much you can do.

Although you have done the necessary protection to your file such as preventing them from copying the contents in your documents, you still can't stop them from duplicating your whole file and then redistribute or resold to others.
