For those who have been a regular seller on eBay,  you will tend to noticed that the site changes a lot. At the front end, this is what we sell as sellers and as buyers, but behind the scenes, those people who make the whole site work are changing things on a daily and some times hourly basis.

Well, eBay are not doing those site changes for fun, or as some people see it to make us sellers mad and cross, they are doing it to make the site fresh and make it much more user friendly. As one of the foremost eCommerce sites in the global world, they need to be trend setters and not just followers.

Also as you visit eBay or other e-commerce sites you will find they often change the layout of some of the pictures or call to actions, but very rarely will you find company change a whole site, because they know why change something that works.

So with all these site changes coupled with policy changes, new categories being added how does one stay up to date with everything. Well you could sign up to courses, buy books and DVDs while these are all good and nearly all of them worth the money they soon get out of date.

But there is help at hand from guess where yes eBay. eBay have a fantastic help section, site map, and discussion boards where you can ask for help and eBay staff and other buyers and sellers will be there to help you.

The Site Map will guide you to the main sections on the website. You will find the site map on any page by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and there you will see site map. Click on the word and you will be taken to a page of links. You will see main headings and sub heads, just choose which one you want.

Somewhere else you can get help is at the top of the pages you will see a tab called help, just click on this and you will see the popular help topics. Or you can do a search for what ever help you need with eBay.

Another section is the community tab, click on here and you will see eBay groups, Discussion Boards, Answer Centre, eBay announcements, eBay workshops. Everything you need to learn about eBay.

All these places provide you with free information and they are all up-to-date. If you need to learn about the latest eBay changes or news you will find it in the eBay Community section.
