A legitimate at home pc work provides an opportunity for a lucrative income and the pleasure of calling all the shots in your professional life. You also get to experience the sweet taste of complete freedom to dictate your schedule day to day. 

When you are working at home you'll find that in addition to your at home pc work life, you'll have household chores, parenting responsibilities, community obligations and family commitments. I'd like to share some tips on how to balance all of these different parts of your life.

1. Meal Preparation - Preparing meals in advance can save quite a bit of time each week. A few suggestions are to prepare double batches, so that you'll have two meals for each one time you cook. A second suggestion is to spend one day per week cooking for the entire week. Freeze the meals until the day you're ready to serve them. My final suggestion is to use your crockpot and use it often. Crockpots allow you to throw it all in, in the morning and have a great meal by dinner time.

2. Family Commitments - If the commitment is a time obligation, consider taking a break in your day and meeting your family member for lunch or for a walk. You'll get your exercise out of the way and connect with your family member.

3. Household Chores - One of my favorite time saving tricks is to put laundry in first thing in the morning and then as the day goes on, move it to the dryer and then fold it and put it away. I often put clothes away at night while I have the t.v. on for a half hour wind down before bed. Children can and should be given chores on a regular basis. Use a dishwasher if you have one. It goes much quicker than hand washing the dishes.

4. Entertaining Kids - I'm a huge fan of play dates for kids. Whether the play date is at your house or the house of a friend, you'll get work time as the kids play. You can also multitask while the kids are doing their homework. They can work and so can you.

5. Community Obligations - I believe community events are a wonderful way to get your name and your business into the community. Networking and socializing are great business builders. Don't take on too much, but say yes to a few events.

These five tips should help you be able to balance each piece of your life.
